I normally don't go into details about the family much on this blog cuz it's meant for knitting, but I just couldn't resist posting a blurb about my daughter, Amy, who just graduated last week Magna Cum Laude from Emerson College in Boston, MA with a B.S. degree in Marketing & Communication specializing in Advertising. We're all so proud of her! Now we have our fingers crossed that she lands a job!! One of her graduation presents was to see a Red Sox game, and that we did! Another fun experience crossed off of that "Things To Do" list. LOL.
46 year-old married (Larry) mother of 2 teenagers & one adult daughter. I'm a disabled labor/delivery nurse (injured my back on the job) awaiting major back surgery in fall.
I spend most of my time with my kids and my 2 beloved shelties (Sable & Buddy). While I'm not the greatest knitter, I'm constantly @ it trying to learn new techniques. I also meet with local knitters in the area frequently to share projects, tips, & company.
